Shipping policy

At United Foods, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order confirmation.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to track your shipment.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Prepaid Orders: A shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable on orders with a cart value below ₹1,000. Orders with a cart value of ₹1,000 or above qualify for free shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping charge of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders, irrespective of the order value.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available only in metropolitan cities and select serviceable locations. COD availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.
The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
