5. Cancellation, Return, & Refund Policy
Because we deal with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and perishable food items, our return policy is tightly structured to maintain hygiene and health safety standards.

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge only before the order status shifts to "Dispatched" or "Shipped". Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

Damaged or Tampered Shipments: If your parcel arrives torn, severely crushed, tampered with, or expired, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@unitedfoodsindia.com.
Mandatory Requirement: To process a replacement or refund for damaged goods, you must provide clear photographic or unboxing video evidence showing the damage alongside the retail invoice. -
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original bank account/payment wallet within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing cycles.
